  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the designated territory.
  2. Identify and research potential customers, and establish strong relationships with key decision makers.
  3. Actively promote and sell Vodafone products and services to both new and existing customers.
  4. Continuously analyze market trends and competition in order to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  5. Manage and motivate a team of direct sales representatives to ensure they reach their individual and team targets.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
  7. Monitor and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to upper management.
  8. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Represent Vodafone at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote the brand and generate new business opportunities.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and features to effectively communicate and educate customers.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  12. Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  13. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  15. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience In Direct Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Abilities To Effectively Manage A Territory And Meet Sales Targets.
