Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Strong Technical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.
Knowledge Of Customer Experience And Operations Processes, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.
