  1. Greet and welcome customers to Vodafone, promoting our brand and values.
  2. Educate customers on our services and products, showcasing our commitment to connecting people and businesses.
  3. Identify and understand customer needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Support the team in improving customer experience by utilizing technology and data.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in customer experience and operations.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience.
  7. Attend training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge in the tech and data field.
  8. Work closely with the team to support and execute projects related to customer experience and operations.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem-solving.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to technology and data in the telecommunications field.
  11. Take initiative and demonstrate a strong drive to learn and grow within the company.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and discussions.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and quality of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.

  • Knowledge Of Customer Experience And Operations Processes, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.
