  1. Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and drive digital transformation.
  2. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to ongoing management, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, engineering, and sales, to define product requirements and deliver high-quality digital products.
  4. Lead the development of innovative and cutting-edge digital products that meet the needs of our customers and exceed industry standards.
  5. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product offerings.
  6. Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that align with business objectives.
  7. Act as a champion for digital products, promoting a customer-centric mindset and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  8. Utilize agile methodologies to prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
  9. Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.
  10. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital product managers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring successful adoption and revenue growth.
  12. Track and report on key product metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive product performance.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to inform product strategy and innovation.
  14. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather insights and drive product improvements.
  15. Represent Vodafone and our digital products at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, showcasing our innovative products and driving brand awareness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Computer Science

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Or Technology Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Product Development, Including Agile Methodologies And User-Centered Design Principles

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Digital Products, With A Focus On Driving Revenue And Customer Engagement

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Manage A Team Of Product Managers And Designers.
