  1. Develop and implement device demand planning strategies to ensure adequate stock levels and meet customer needs.
  2. Analyze sales data and market trends to accurately forecast device demand.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align device demand with company goals and objectives.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and monitor device sales and stock levels.
  5. Identify potential inventory shortages or surplus and make recommendations for corrective action.
  6. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and manage device orders.
  7. Monitor and track device performance and make recommendations for product improvements or discontinuations.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with device manufacturers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform device demand planning strategies.
  10. Develop and present reports on device demand, inventory, and sales data to management.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize device demand planning and inventory management.
  12. Train and mentor team members on device demand planning processes and procedures.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and success.
  15. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings related to device demand planning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proficiency In Using Demand Planning Tools And Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
