- Manage and maintain all data accounts for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for all data account-related inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor and analyze data usage patterns and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling data products and services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the telecommunications industry and market trends.
- Stay updated on all Vodafone products and services to effectively communicate and promote them to clients.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about competitors and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Vodafone.
- Embrace a culture of innovation and proactively contribute ideas to improve services and processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Vodafone Products And Services, As Well As The Overall Market Trends And Competition.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Relevant Certifications Are A Plus.
