  1. Manage end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  2. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
  3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to effectively manage project delivery.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  5. Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Manage project resources and ensure they are allocated effectively to meet project objectives.
  7. Foster strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Lead and motivate project team members to ensure they are working towards project goals and deadlines.
  9. Ensure project delivery is in line with company standards and processes.
  10. Continuously review and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Act as a key point of contact for any project-related queries or escalations.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management to drive continuous improvement.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in project delivery.
  15. Provide guidance and support to junior project team members, promoting a culture of learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Client Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall, And Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Software.
