  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on commercial and performance objectives and ensure they are met.
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform decision-making and support business growth.
  5. Prepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of commercial and performance management.
  8. Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends to proactively identify areas for growth and improvement.
  9. Support the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  10. Collaborate with finance and other teams to ensure commercial and performance objectives are aligned with overall business goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial And Performance Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record In Driving Business Growth And Profitability Through Effective Performance Management Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Sound Business Decisions.
