  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align contract terms accordingly.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements during contract negotiations and execution.
  6. Continuously monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or renegotiation.
  7. Analyze contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  8. Manage contract renewals and terminations, as well as any necessary amendments or modifications.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on contract status and performance to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
  11. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the contract lifecycle.
  12. Collaborate with the legal team to review and finalize contracts, ensuring all terms are in line with company standards and objectives.
  13. Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Train and mentor team members on contract management processes and procedures.
  15. Represent the company in negotiations and maintain a professional and positive image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In A Commercial Or Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Law, Negotiation Techniques, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Contracts Simultaneously And Delivering Results Within Tight Deadlines.
