  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities and customer interactions.
  4. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, using empathy and active listening skills.
  5. Meet and exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs set by the company.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to collections and customer service.
  9. Use problem-solving skills to identify and escalate any potential issues or challenges in the collections process.
