You will have a passion for service design and an eye for detail that will help us achieve our mission of delivering an exceptional customer experience.Ideally, you will have a degree in service design or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the design, development and implementation of customer service strategies and processes. You should also have a background in user experience design, along with a proven track record of leading and inspiring design teams to create exceptional customer experiences. A strong understanding of customer service analytics, customer service technologies and service design methodologies is also essential.We are looking for someone who can think outside the box and bring a fresh approach to service design. You should be a great communicator and collaborator, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Above all, you should be highly motivated, with a passion for customer service and a desire to make an impact within our organization.
