Capacity & Configuration Manager

Vodafone is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Capacity & Configuration Manager to join our team. This individual will have responsibility for the management and optimization of our capacity and configuration systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capacity and configuration management and possess the necessary technical and interpersonal skills to succeed in this role.We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; and a minimum of 5 years of experience in capacity and configuration management. Experience with ITIL and other related frameworks is preferred.You must also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, while also demonstrating a professional, friendly and flexible attitude. With your creativity, enthusiasm and commitment, you will be able to help us drive change and ensure that our capacity and configuration systems are always running optimally.
