- Train and mentor junior team members on performance testing best practices.
- Participate in the development and implementation of performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Proactively identify potential performance bottlenecks and work with team members to address them.
- Ensure all performance testing activities are conducted within established timelines and budget.
- Participate in project planning and provide input on performance testing requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as development and operations, to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to performance testing activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Testing And Performance Testing.
Strong Knowledge Of Performance Testing Tools Such As Loadrunner, Jmeter, And Gatling.
Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Software Testers.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Performance Issues.
