  1. Develop and implement strategies for the APIGEE TIBCO platform in alignment with business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of APIGEE and TIBCO experts to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize API integration opportunities.
  4. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the APIGEE TIBCO platform.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in API management and TIBCO technologies.
  6. Monitor and analyze API usage and performance to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  9. Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  10. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  11. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the APIGEE TIBCO platform.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve any issues or challenges.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the APIGEE TIBCO team.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows.

  • Extensive Experience With Apigee And Tibco Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Apigee And Tibco Technologies, Including Api Management, Integration, And Analytics.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Project Management Skills To Effectively Lead And Manage Teams, Projects, And Resources.

  • Expertise In Designing And Implementing Api Solutions: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Api Solutions, Including Api Design, Security, And Governance.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Role Requires Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Vendors To Deliver Projects And Initiatives Successfully.

  • Experience In The Telecommunications Industry: A Strong Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry, Particularly In The Context Of Api Management And Integration, Is A Key Requirement For This Role. Previous Experience In The Industry Is Highly Desirable.
