  1. Be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support from Vodafone.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customers' technical issues.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department or higher-level support as needed.
  5. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly.
  6. Keep up-to-date with Vodafone's products and services to provide accurate and relevant technical support.
  7. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues to prevent future customer complaints.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and find solutions to challenging technical issues.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and providing additional support if needed.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and enhance technical skills and knowledge to better assist customers.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining customer confidentiality.
