- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, acting as their main point of contact for all Vodafone services.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SME market.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify any areas for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement tailored solutions for SME clients, based on their specific needs and requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in order to effectively communicate the value of Vodafone's products and services to SME clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with SME clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Vodafone, promoting our products and services and representing our company values in all interactions with clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise (Sme) Clients.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients.
Knowledge And Understanding Of The Sme Market, Including Industry Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs.
