  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME market, working towards set sales targets.
  3. Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and provide timely and accurate quotes.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  6. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
  7. Monitor and analyze client usage and provide recommendations for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  8. Act as the main point of contact for any client inquiries or concerns, providing timely resolution and excellent customer service.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions for SME clients.
  10. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  11. Attend networking events and conferences to represent Vodafone and expand our client base.
  12. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve our products and services, and relay any important information to relevant teams.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
  14. Stay updated on Vodafone's products, services, and pricing plans to effectively promote and sell to clients.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Sme Market Trends And Competitors In The Telecommunications Industry.
