  1. Provide technical support for the Agent Desktop systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of the Agent Desktop systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with the 1st Line support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Conduct regular maintenance and updates to the Agent Desktop systems to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
  5. Proactively identify potential issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall performance of the Agent Desktop systems.
  6. Train and support customer service agents on how to effectively use the Agent Desktop systems.
  7. Document and maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the Agent Desktop systems.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient resolution of issues.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as security and confidentiality protocols, in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues Related To Agent Desktop Software And Hardware, Including Knowledge Of Relevant Operating Systems And Applications.

  • Experience In Providing Second-Line Support To End Users, Demonstrating Strong Customer Service And Communication Skills.

  • Familiarity With Itil Framework And Best Practices For Incident, Problem, And Change Management.

  • Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data, Identify Trends, And Make Recommendations For Improvements To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Agent Desktop Operations.
