1. Monitor and maintain the performance and functionality of the Vodafone network and services.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the network and services, ensuring minimal impact on customers.
3. Collaborate with the 1st level operations team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of incidents.
4. Continuously analyze network performance data and identify areas for improvement.
5. Implement and maintain network optimization strategies to improve network performance and customer experience.

10. Provide on-call support and participate in 24/7 shift rotation as needed.

12. Proactively identify potential network and service vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
13. Train and mentor junior team members on technical skills and best practices.
