Job Description

If you’re an experienced sales leader looking to take your career to the next level with an industry leader, then the Vice President, Americas Carbon Black Security Sales role at VMware is the perfect fit for you! You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive new business and penetrate existing accounts while maintaining profitable growth and market share. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in the security sales space.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales and 5+ years in security sales, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. You must possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to strategize, build relationships and create value. You must also be a self-starter and a results-oriented professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Finally, you must have a track record of consistently exceeding sales goals, developing client relationships and developing a sales team.
