Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer - Federal Support, you’ll be part of a team of passionate, driven professionals who are dedicated to delivering the best possible technical support experience to our federal customers.We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented individual with strong technical and problem-solving skills to join the team. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of VMware products, a commitment to customer service excellence, and a passion for helping others.You’ll be responsible for providing technical support to our federal customers. You’ll be the Subject Matter Expert, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, while ensuring they receive the best possible support experience.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting in a customer service environment. Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware vSphere, is required.
