Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join the VMware team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing advice and guidance on product usage, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, helping to drive success for our customers.The ideal candidate for this role has strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for helping others. To be successful in this role, you should also have the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field• At least 2 years of experience in a technical customer service role• Advanced knowledge of operating systems, networking, and virtualization• Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues• Ability to effectively communicate with customers• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you’re excited to join a rapidly growing organization and have the qualifications outlined above, we’d love to hear from you!
