Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join the VMware team. You’ll need to have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring timely resolution. You’ll also be expected to work closely with teams across the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve processes.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, as well as at least two years of experience in a customer support role. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of customer service principles, product and service knowledge, and troubleshooting techniques. A passion for learning and staying up to date on new technologies is also essential. If you’re the type of person who loves to solve technical problems and provide exceptional customer service, then this is the job for you!
