Job Description

At VMware, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Staff Customer Success Architect (SCSA) to join our team and help us facilitate customer success. As SCSA, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and adoption of the VMware solutions and services portfolio. You will act as the customer’s advocate and be responsible for developing strong relationships with our customers and understanding their business needs.The successful candidate must possess a passion for driving customer success and experience in solution architecture, customer relationship management, and sales/service engineering. You must also be able to articulate complex solutions to customers and ensure successful customer engagements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills and be able to think analytically. Additionally, you must have experience in developing collaborative relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer success. We’re looking for an individual who is driven, creative, and motivated to help us meet our customer success goals.
