Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team at VMware. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service and driven to provide the highest level of technical support to our customers.In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues promptly. You should have experience with troubleshooting and resolving escalated customer issues, as well as providing technical guidance and support to customers.Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in technical support and customer service• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware vSphere, VMware Fusion, and VMware Horizon• Understanding of networking technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyIf you are passionate about providing exceptional technical support and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
