Job Description

At VMware, we are looking for an experienced Senior Support Services Manager to join our world-class team. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing an outstanding customer experience. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of managing customer support teams and excellent problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in customer service and support, preferably in a technical environment. They will have strong leadership and communication skills, and be able to foster a customer-focused culture. They should also be proficient in using customer support software and have an understanding of both software and hardware troubleshooting. The Senior Support Services Manager will be expected to monitor customer support performance and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication. Additionally, they should be organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
