Job Description

At VMware, we are looking for a passionate Regional Sales Director - Security with the drive and expertise to create and grow our security business in the region. The successful candidate will be a creative and results-oriented professional who is adept at building relationships, understanding customer needs and developing innovative solutions.This position requires a strong leader who is knowledgeable in the industry and knowledgeable in the security space. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the security industry. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of driving sales growth in their region, as well as developing and executing innovative sales strategies. The candidate should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with colleagues, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
