Develop records and information management policies, standards, and procedures consistent with industry best practices. Champion compliance with records and information management policies and procedures across the Company. Refine as needed lifecycle standards and technology to access and protect the Company’s information assets in accordance with legal, regulatory, and business requirements. Serve as the functional owner or administrator of electronic content management systems as they relate to information management and lifecycle processes and implement legally defensible records disposition processes for the Company. Develop and execute a destruction authorization policy and workflow to support the routine disposition of expired records, transitory information and low value content. Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to support Records and Information Management of the Company.
