We are looking for an experienced Staff Engineer to join the VMware team and take on a role that requires strong J2EE programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and multithreading skills. The ideal candidate will be a software engineering expert, skilled in utilizing all three of these technologies to develop and maintain high-quality applications.The successful applicant will take a lead role in the building of complex systems, as well as participating in the development and support of existing applications. They will also be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of the applications they develop.We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. We are looking for someone with at least 7 years' experience in the software engineering field, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
