Internship - Event Technology Support Analyst

You’ll begin in a support role, as you learn the basics of VMware’s event technology stack, including how to configure registration sites, analytics reports, surveys, mobile apps, content catalogs, resource centers, and more. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to configure event modules in the event platform, such as registration, mobile apps, content catalogs, resource centers, and more. Assist team members with updating registration profiles, attributes, rules, and more within the event platform. Collect deliverables from stakeholders and vendors, set clear deadlines to meet project goals, and proactively follow up to remain on task. Assist with quality assurance for conference modules. Provide customer service support through the Event Tech Support email alias, responding in a timely fashion to troubleshoot login issues.
