Financial Analyst

Forecast and plan topline bookings for AMER (The largest geography in VMware’s growing global business). Develop understanding of top deals in quarter and out-quarter including customer business drivers, path to close, status, customer proposal review, and evaluation of likeliness to close. Partner with business unit (product) finance leaders in analyzing trends to identify risks, opportunities and solutions. You will be reporting to the Director of AMER Sales Finance who oversees the AMER Core FP&A organization. This is a lean, high-performing and high profile team that focuses on identifying and collaboratively driving initiatives that deliver the highest impact to the organization. You will be helping to develop recommendations for improvement in GTM strategy and other far-reaching transformative change.
