Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager in the Telco vertical you will be a key business partner for the field and global operations teams across the business. You can expect to work with various orgs within our Business Unit, Finance and Telco Sales teams. Build and support operational cadence in the region across a number of review formats and audiences from field to executive level. Develop an understanding of key processes, business initiatives, and internal resources in order to assist sales team. Support field sales and management enquiries and reporting requirements. Support local commission queries and activities. Collaborate with our stakeholders within the Telco BU, Finance, Global Account Sales and field operations. Address ad hoc requests for data analysis and own to closure. Process optimization to reduce cycle time and improve accuracy.
