Job Description

As the Connections Supervisor for Organic Search, you will help deliver cutting-edge, high-quality SEO work that is customized to specific goals. Working with United Rentals, the focus will be to enhance website optimization and performance, specifically in the B2B space that the website operates. Special attention to the eCommerce aspect of the website and lead generation will be paramount. This includes performing organic search analysis, discovery, execution and performance reporting of search engine optimization strategy and deliverables to ensure VMLY&R delivers a holistic, inclusive approach for all United Rentals needs. Lead SEO projects of all sizes and take an active role in growing the SEO business for each client. Successful collaboration with Paid Search and Performance Content team members to support Discoverability initiatives and maximize overall impact for clients.

Job Qualifications

Willingness to make confident, educated judgment calls
5-7+ years industry experience
Google Analytics certification a plus, not required
eCommerce/shopping/retail search experience preferred
Agency experience required
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Deepcrawl, STAT, Screaming Frog, MOZ, etc. preferred
