Job Description

Providing analytical support to the agency and to the director of finance, including the analysis of monthly results to provide insight on key growth drivers and trends as well as operational risk and opportunities. Providing pricing analysis to support new business efforts and existing accounts. Supporting the improvement of company-wide financial controls to ensure accurate, consistent and timely reporting of financial data, including the review and restructuring of the existing information flows and controls. Interfacing with client services and project teams to assess project performance to ensure timely and accurate billings and revenue recognition. Supporting our SOX compliance efforts by documenting key controls for the monthly closing file and preparing for SOX audits. Monitoring ongoing department expenditure patterns and identifying areas for improved performance.

Job Qualifications

Five-plus years of financial analysis experience
