Manage Permit Specialists, Inspection Techs and Office Administrators. Utilize Permit Specialists, Inspection Techs and Office Administrators to move accounts forward from permit review to verified as operational (VAO). Ensure all permits are submitted and approved within SLA. Strong understanding of local market requirements including utility, permitting and inspections. Review designs at permit submission, install and inspection ready to ensure accuracy and prompt account progression. Schedule inspections as necessary. Organize and review permit and inspection teams schedule to maximize efficiency Prioritize and delegate projects as needed. Coordinate with Operations Manager and Foreman to implement process improvements based on field inspections pass rate.
