- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and partnership strategy for the travel merchant sector, in line with the company's overall objectives and goals.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and partnership managers, providing guidance, support and direction to ensure the team's success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key travel merchants and partners, including airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to create and implement innovative sales and partnership initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for revenue growth and partnership development.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track and measure the success of the team's efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market changes to inform strategic decision making.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company's brand and offerings.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the team's progress and achievements.
