  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and profitability in the travel merchant sector.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key travel merchant partners, including airlines, hotels, and other travel industry players.
  3. Lead a team of sales professionals in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the travel merchant sector.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to develop innovative solutions and offerings for travel merchants.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and identify potential partnerships.
  6. Develop and track key performance metrics and regularly report on progress and results to senior leadership.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  8. Represent Visa at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our services to potential partners.
  9. Work closely with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of strategies and initiatives across regions.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sales and partnership management efforts.
