- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and cooperation in crisis management efforts.
- Monitor and analyze potential risks and threats to Visa's operations and reputation, and proactively identify areas for improvement.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all crisis-related communications, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop crisis communication strategies and messaging.
- Lead the crisis response team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and effective coordination during a crisis.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in crisis management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
