- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the VCA AI Platform in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of Visa.
- Lead and inspire a team of product managers and designers to drive the development and enhancement of the AI platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of new products and features.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for the AI platform.
- Define and prioritize product and design requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Create and maintain a roadmap for the AI platform, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and business objectives.
- Oversee the design process, ensuring a user-centric approach and seamless user experience across the platform.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the AI platform.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the AI and digital payments space to inform product and design decisions.
- Act as a key spokesperson for the VCA AI Platform, representing the product and design vision to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of products and features.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to drive the success of the AI platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Develop and manage budgets for the AI platform.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Extensive Experience In Ai Platform Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Ai Platforms, With A Strong Understanding Of Machine Learning Algorithms And Data Analytics.
Product Management Expertise: As A Vca Ai Platform, Product And Design Director, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Product Management Principles And Proven Experience In Launching Successful Products In The Ai Space.
