  1. Lead and manage all UX research initiatives for Visa, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
  2. Develop and implement research plans and methodologies to gather insights that will inform and improve our products and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to ensure research findings are effectively integrated into product development.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  5. Mentor and guide junior researchers and interns, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  6. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, to advocate for the importance of UX research in driving business success.
  7. Communicate research findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  9. Continuously assess and improve research processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Visa, representing the company and its values in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Or Design

  • Strong Understanding Of User Experience Research Methodologies And Practices

  • Experience With Conducting Qualitative And Quantitative Research Studies, Including Designing Study Protocols, Recruiting Participants, And Analyzing Data

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate Research Findings And Insights To Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders
