  9. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  10. Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to provide timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  11. Stay updated on recruitment best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Visa, promoting the company's culture, values, and mission to potential candidates.
  15. Contribute to the company's growth and success by sourcing and hiring top technical talent to support the development of innovative digital payment solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Recruiting For Technology Positions, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Global Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Attracting Top Talent In The Technology Industry, Including Software Engineers, Product Managers, And Data Scientists.

  • Strong Understanding Of Technology Trends And The Ability To Anticipate And Address Future Hiring Needs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
