  1. Provide technical support to clients and partners regarding Visa's digital payment solutions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients and partners.
  3. Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues.
  5. Continuously improve support processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
  6. Stay updated on the latest payment technologies and industry trends.
  7. Proactively identify potential technical issues and provide solutions to prevent them.
  8. Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use.
  9. Contribute to the development and testing of new payment solutions.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  13. Train and mentor new technical support team members.
  14. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support client onboarding and retention.
