  1. Develop and implement the overall cyber product strategy for Visa, in line with our company's objectives and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers to ensure the successful execution of cyber product initiatives.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing and legal to develop and launch new cyber products.
  5. Monitor the performance of existing cyber products and make data-driven recommendations for improvements or enhancements.
  6. Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer needs.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and industry experts, to gather feedback and understand market needs.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity and continuously evaluate the competitive landscape.
  9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, while also keeping the customer experience at the forefront.
  10. Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  11. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Visa's cyber product offerings and network with potential partners.
  12. Mentor and coach junior product managers and contribute to their professional growth and development.
  13. Monitor and manage the cyber product budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering results within allocated budget.
  14. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the cyber product portfolio to maintain Visa's position as a leader in digital finance.
  15. Adhere to Visa's values and code of conduct, promoting a culture of ethics and integrity within the team and the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
