  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales training programs for Visa Direct product, utilizing best practices and techniques to drive business results.
  2. Design and implement training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online resources, that effectively communicate sales strategies and product knowledge to sales teams.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives and product goals.
  4. Continuously evaluate and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness in a rapidly evolving payments industry.
  5. Plan and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and events, both in-person and virtually, to engage and motivate sales teams.
  6. Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps among sales teams and develop targeted training solutions to address these gaps.
  7. Monitor and track training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
  8. Mentor and coach sales trainers and other team members to ensure consistency and excellence in training delivery.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in sales training techniques to continuously enhance training programs.
  10. Collaborate with sales leaders and other stakeholders to identify and implement strategies for improving sales performance and achieving revenue goals.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales training and provide guidance and support to sales teams as needed.
  12. Manage budget and resources for sales training initiatives.
  13. Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
