  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales training with overall business objectives and strategies.

  6. Lead and manage a team of sales trainers and facilitators, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
  8. Partner with sales leaders to identify and address individual and team development needs, providing coaching and mentoring as necessary.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in sales techniques, incorporating relevant insights and strategies into sales training programs.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver training content that supports the launch of new products and services.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, promoting a growth mindset and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
  12. Drive revenue growth by equipping sales teams with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed in a competitive market.
  13. Represent Visa as a thought leader and advocate for sales learning and development at industry events and conferences.
  14. Monitor and manage the sales training budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  15. Continually assess and improve the sales training curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and impactful in a rapidly evolving industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales Training: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Training And Development, With A Focus On The North American Market. This Should Include Experience In Designing And Delivering Sales Training Programs, As Well As Managing A Team Of Sales Trainers.
