- Lead and oversee the development and execution of digital transformation strategies within the Innovation Consulting team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the payments industry to inform and guide strategy development
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating project updates and driving consensus on strategic initiatives
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and drive results
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team
- Represent Visa at industry events and conferences, showcasing our digital capabilities and thought leadership in the payments space
- Continuously assess and mitigate risks related to digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Extensive Experience In Product Development And Digital Innovation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Launching Successful Products In The Digital Space, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Innovation And Staying Ahead Of Market Trends.
Strong Knowledge Of Payments Industry: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Payments Industry And The Latest Technologies And Trends Shaping It. This Includes A Strong Knowledge Of Digital Payments, Mobile Wallets, Blockchain, And Other Emerging Technologies.
