- Lead the Visa Ventures team in identifying and executing strategic investments and partnerships.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive vision and strategy for Visa Ventures in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to evaluate potential investment opportunities and partnerships.

- Monitor and track performance of current investments and partnerships, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and success of Visa Ventures initiatives.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes related to payments and financial technology.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Represent Visa at industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and network with potential partners.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Visa Ventures processes and operations.
Extensive Experience In Venture Capital And/Or Corporate Venture Capital, With A Track Record Of Successful Investments And Exits.
Strong Understanding Of The Payments Industry, Including Emerging Trends And Technologies.
Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Drive Strategic Initiatives And Manage A Team Of Professionals.
