  1. Lead the Visa Ventures team in identifying and executing strategic investments and partnerships.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive vision and strategy for Visa Ventures in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new and emerging market opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to evaluate potential investment opportunities and partnerships.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, investors, and industry experts.
  6. Oversee the due diligence process for potential investments and partnerships.
  7. Negotiate and structure deals that align with Visa's business objectives and financial goals.
  8. Monitor and track performance of current investments and partnerships, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and success of Visa Ventures initiatives.
  10. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes related to payments and financial technology.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  12. Represent Visa at industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and network with potential partners.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Visa Ventures processes and operations.

Job Qualifications
