  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the VAS business unit in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business targets and drive growth for the VAS business.
  3. Keep abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of VAS offerings.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  6. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the VAS business unit to stay ahead of the market and meet changing customer demands.
  7. Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  8. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations related to VAS products and services.
  9. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote VAS offerings and build brand awareness.
  10. Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and drive consistency in VAS business operations.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the VAS business unit's performance and progress towards goals.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  13. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the payments industry, contributing to industry publications and speaking at conferences and events.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the VAS business unit.
  15. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the VAS business unit.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Financial Services Industry: A Senior Director Of Vas Business Control At Visa Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Relevant Experience In The Financial Services Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Payment Systems And Technologies.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, Including Setting Strategic Direction, Overseeing Day-To-Day Operations, And Mentoring And Developing Team Members.

  • Expertise In Risk Management And Compliance: The Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Practices, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs To Ensure Adherence To Regulatory Requirements.
