  1. Develop and implement strategies for commercializing new products and enhancing customer experiences.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product and experience managers to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  3. Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to drive product development and commercialization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and technology to deliver seamless and successful product launches.
  5. Create and manage budgets for product commercialization initiatives.
  6. Analyze and evaluate product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges in the commercialization process.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  9. Communicate progress and updates to senior leadership and make recommendations for strategic decisions.
  10. Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  13. Promote a customer-centric mindset and ensure products are meeting their needs and expectations.
  14. Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  15. Represent Visa at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
