  1. Develop and execute a global strategy for merchant sales and acquiring, in alignment with Visa's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to drive revenue growth and expand Visa's merchant network globally.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive business growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, acquirers, and industry partners.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform and adjust sales and acquiring strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and products to meet merchant's evolving needs.
  7. Ensure effective execution of sales and acquiring plans, including setting targets, tracking progress, and providing regular performance updates to senior leadership.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement of Visa's products and services.
  10. Represent Visa at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and establish thought leadership in the payments industry.
