- Develop and execute a global strategy for merchant sales and acquiring, in alignment with Visa's overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to drive revenue growth and expand Visa's merchant network globally.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, acquirers, and industry partners.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform and adjust sales and acquiring strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and products to meet merchant's evolving needs.
- Ensure effective execution of sales and acquiring plans, including setting targets, tracking progress, and providing regular performance updates to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement of Visa's products and services.
