  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive global digital partnerships strategy to drive growth and enhance Visa's position in the digital landscape.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, both within and outside the payments industry, to expand Visa's digital presence.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including fintech companies, technology providers, and merchants, to drive successful collaborations.
  4. Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with Visa's business objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless integration of partnerships and maximize their impact.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  7. Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and metrics to measure the success and ROI of partnerships.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of partnership managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on partnership initiatives and progress towards goals.
  10. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry developments to identify potential disruptors and drive innovation within Visa.
  11. Act as a thought leader and ambassador for Visa in the digital space, attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote Visa's digital capabilities.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to partnerships and digital initiatives.
  13. Continuously assess and improve Visa's digital partnership strategy to adapt to changing market conditions and drive ongoing growth and success.
